Shipping

All VICENS garments and accessories are shipped via trusted courier services with tracking and signature required upon delivery. Standard dispatch occurs 2–3 times weekly. Should you require expedited delivery or have a preferred courier, please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Domestic orders are shipped via express courier with signature to ensure security. International orders are carefully packaged and may include double boxing, especially for delicate or structured pieces. While shipping time estimates are provided (typically 4–6 business days), international delivery times may vary depending on your local carrier, customs, and logistics—these are out of our control once dispatched.

Care & Storage

Each VICENS piece is crafted with the utmost care and should be stored accordingly. Keep garments and accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve fabrics and dyes. Items that arrive wrapped in tissue or specialty packaging should be returned to their original storage to prevent fading or wear. For delicate textiles or wool-based pieces, consider using moth protection in your storage space.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of VICENS garments, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt via email at info@vicens.com with clear photographs of the damage. To be eligible for repair or credit, the item must be unworn, with no evidence of makeup, perfume, product residue, or alteration. Custom or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the client and must be done via a trackable method. VICENS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. All items must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered part of the product.

Refunds are not issued under any circumstance. Instead, approved returns will receive a store credit in the name of the original purchaser. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale or promotional items are final sale.

Custom Orders

Custom orders begin with a client design profile and require a non-refundable deposit (amount varies depending on the garment scope). This deposit covers design consultation, material sourcing, and development time. Work on your custom VICENS piece will not commence until this deposit is received.

While we work closely with each client to bring their vision to life, VICENS retains creative direction and may make minor adjustments in the design process to maintain quality and aesthetic integrity. All bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are tailored to your specific measurements and style brief.

Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

Stylist & Editorial Loans

For editorial, campaign, or red-carpet use, VICENS offers a select loan program to approved stylists and publications.

A signed agreement and valid credit card must be provided prior to release of garments. The stylist agrees to the following:

  • Garments will be collected from and returned to VICENS headquarters in original packaging.

  • All items must be returned in pristine condition. Stylists must take appropriate precautions (e.g., taping garment interiors, avoiding makeup or perfume stains).

  • Any damage beyond repair or non-return will incur a replacement fee equal to the retail value of the piece.
